2025 Grant Recipients

Community Grant Program

We envision a state with social, political and economic gender equality. Through our grantmaking program, we fuel positive change in our communities by supporting organizations and programs working to address issues impacting women, girls and marginalized genders in New Hampshire. When women and girls prosper, communities thrive. Our commitment is steadfast, now more than ever. We’re pleased to announce our 2025 grantees:

603 legal aid 2025

603 Legal Aid, serving people statewide, provides legal representation, advocacy, and education and was funded to support the Domestic Violence Emergency (DOVE) Project. 

arts in reach 2025

Arts in Reach, in Rockingham and Strafford Counties, was funded to support their mission of providing youth development for teen girls and gender expansive youth through arts programming.

BWINH, Inc., was funded to support their mission of empowering Black womxn (women, femmes, and nonbinary people) throughout New Hampshire through community, leadership, and education.

Camp Resilience, serving people statewide, was funded to support the Veteran Women’s Therapeutic Retreat, fostering mutual support and helping rediscover their resilience and strength.

Community Action Partnership of Strafford County‘s mission is to reduce barriers to economic stability and well-being and was funded to support the Domestic Violence Housing Supports Program.

CCGD 2025

Community Caregivers of Greater Derry‘s mission is to enrich lives and individuals to remain independent and was funded to support the Volunteer Caregiving Program serving older women and women with disabilities to remain at home. 

Dismas Home of NH, Inc, serving people statewide, was funded for their mission of providing treatment and re-entry supports for justice-involved women with substance use disorder in NH.

Foster & Adoptive Resource Exchange (FARE), serving people statewide, was funded for “normalcy grants” to help girls in foster, adoptive, or kinship families access enrichment activities that build skills and confidence.  

Hope on Haven Hill, in Strafford County, was funded to support their mission of providing treatment and services for pregnant and parenting women in recovery and their children. 

International Institute of New England (IINE), serving Manchester, supports refugees and immigrants to succeed through resettlement, education, career advancement, and pathways to citizenship and was funded for the “LNA for Success” job training and placement program. 

Manchester Community Action Coalition (MCAC), serving Manchester, was funded for their mission to elevate the voices of People of Color (POC) in New Hampshire by co-creating spaces for community engagement and development, equipping POC to have equitable opportunities and representation in civic and community matters.

Marguerites Place 2025

Marguerite’s Place, Inc., serving Hillsborough County, was funded for their mission of supporting women and their children experiencing homelessness through transitional housing, childcare, and community programming. 

Prison Yoga Project

Prison Yoga Project Inc., in Merrimack County, was funded to support “Reclaiming Power” Yoga Teacher Training for System-Impacted Women to heal from trauma and build leadership and workforce development skills. 

Queerlective 2025

Queerlective, serving Hillsborough County, was funded to support “CoLab”, a community-centered creative and organizing space in Manchester for queer and gender-expansive individuals, especially women, trans, and nonbinary people. 

Safe Schools New Hampshire, serving Grafton, Merrimack and Sullivan Counties, was funded to support student leader stipends to promote school-based online counseling for grades 7-12 in 5 New Hampshire districts. 

Thrive Survivor Support Center, serving Merrimack County, was funded to support their mission to serve survivors of domestic and sexual violence and human trafficking and to promote prevention education.

TLC Family Resource Center

TLC Family Resource Center, serving Sullivan and Grafton counties, is focused on healthy development of children, youth, and families and was funded to support the expansion of their “New Moms” postpartum support group.

The Center for Safer Communities (formerly Turning Points Network), in Sullivan County, was funded for their mission of supporting victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse and stalking through empowerment and advocacy. 

United Way of Greater Nashua, Inc., works to make measurable improvements in lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities and was funded for Rosie’s Pantry which provides feminine hygiene products for female residents of Nashua.

Windsor Country Mentors

Windsor County Mentors, serving Sullivan and Merrimack Counties, was funded to expand the school mentoring program that addresses the academic, social, and emotional challenges faced by local youth through evidence-based mentoring, pairing students in need of support with trusted adult volunteers.

2025 Women and Girls of Color Fund

The Women and Girls of Color Fund aims to reverse the historic and persistent underinvestment in women and girls of color. The Fund provides low-barrier, faster turnaround grants to projects led by and serving women and girls of color in New Hampshire. We’re pleased to announce our 2025 grantees:

BWINH, Inc, (Black Womxn in NH) was funded for updated technology for its member leaders, to expand their impact, increase efficiency, improve communication, and enhance community engagement within their 700+ members.

Sista Creatives Rising

Sista Creatives Rising, working to help BIPOC, queer, and/or disabled creatives gain access and visibility in the arts for personal healing, was funded to support “Art & Mind-2025,” a virtual event to uplift others and advocate for change throughout New Hampshire and beyond. 

Palabras consulting 2025

Palabras Consulting LLC, a Latina owned business, was funded to provide translation services for non-profits serving under-represented communities where language access is needed to increase trust and engage in culturally appropriate ways.

Racial Unity Team 2025

Racial Unity Team, working to advance relationships among people of different racial identities, increase understanding, and reduce racial bias in our communities, was funded to support a successful leadership transition.

Positive Street Art 2025

Positive Street Art, working to inspire passion for urban arts and building stronger communities, was funded to sustain and expand the Future Women’s Group in Manchester that focuses on emotional well-being and empowerment through mentorships and civic engagement projects.

2025 Reproductive and Sexual Healthcare Access FUND

We believe women and people who can become pregnant should have freedom to make reproductive and sexual health choices and access to the necessary health care to fulfill those choices, including birth control, abortion, pre- and post-natal care and gender-affirming health care. Our Reproductive and Sexual Healthcare Access Fund provides support for organizations and initiatives that advance reproductive justice. These organizations not only provide services but also work to ensure continued access to reproductive and sexual healthcare for all Granite Staters. We’re pleased to announce our 2025 grantees:

Black Lives Matter New Hampshire’s (BLM NH) mission is to dismantle anti-Blackness, eradicate systemic racism, champion racial equity, combat racial injustices, put an end to police brutality, and advocate for justice for all Black lives in New Hampshire. BLM NH was funded to expand its Black Maternal Health Equity Initiative aimed at addressing the disparities in maternal health outcomes for Black women in New Hampshire.

Equality Health Center 2025

Equality Health Center was funded for their mission of advancing health by empowering clients and communities through advocacy, education, outreach, and the provision of quality, non-judgmental healthcare with expertise in sexual, reproductive, and gender-affirming services.

NH Mom Hub 2025

The NH Mom Hub, operating statewide, was funded for their mission of ensuring that every mother and birthing person in New Hampshire has access to timely, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health support. The NH Mom Hub provides a centralized, stigma-free resource hub that connects individuals and healthcare professionals to peer support, specialized care, and community resources.

Lovering 2025

Lovering Health Center, operating in Rockingham and Strafford Counties and statewide, was funded for their mission of providing confidential, comprehensive and accurate sexual and reproductive health information and services to all in a supportive environment. Lovering Health Center honors, respects, and advocates for the right of everyone to maintain freedom and choices regarding their own sexual and reproductive health.

Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, operating statewide, was funded for their mission to provide, promote, and protect access to reproductive health care and sexuality education so that all people can make voluntary choices about their reproductive and sexual health.

Reproductive Equity Now Foundation, operating statewide, was funded for their mission of advancing reproductive equity and justice and eliminating barriers to abortion care. The REN Foundation uses research and analysis to educate the public and, especially voters, and shine a light on barriers to access that must be removed to create true reproductive equity.

RFFNH 2025

Reproductive Freedom Fund of New Hampshire, operating statewide, was funded for their mission to remove financial barriers for anyone receiving abortion care in or from New Hampshire through direct service funding and movement building, guided by patient need.
