Community Grant Program

We envision a state with social, political and economic gender equality. Through our grantmaking program, we fuel positive change in our communities by supporting organizations and programs working to address issues impacting women, girls and marginalized genders in New Hampshire. When women and girls prosper, communities thrive. Our commitment is steadfast, now more than ever. We’re pleased to announce our 2026 grantees:

603 Legal Aid, serving people statewide, provides legal representation, advocacy, and education and was funded to support the Domestic Violence Emergency (DOVE) Project.

American Friends Service Committee, serving people statewide, works to nourish a growing movement of people calling for social, racial, and economic justice and was funded to support the O So Beautiful Women’s Reentry Program promoting economic security, wellness, and empowerment of formerly incarcerated women.

Amoskeag Health, serving people in Hillsborough County, is a federally qualified health center that provides integrated, culturally responsive primary health care and support services and was funded to support the “Moms Together” parent café to empower mothers with young children to feel connection, confidence, and support.

Circle Program, serving Belknap, Carroll, Grafton, and Merrimack Counties, was funded for their mission to empower, transform, and enrich girls’ lives through community, connection, camp, and mentorships.

Claremont Learning Partnership, serving Sullivan County, works to increase educational access, attainment, and opportunity for all and was funded to support the Oasis Youth Resource Center.

Clean Energy NH, operating statewide to lead New Hampshire’s clean energy transition, was funded for “A Seat at the Table; Women Powering NH” to foster leadership among women in NH’s clean energy sector.

Community Caregivers of Greater Derry and Loaners Closet’s mission is to enrich lives and support individuals to remain independent and was funded to support the Volunteer Caregiving Program serving older women and women with disabilities to remain safely at home.

Dismas Home of New Hampshire, Inc., serving people statewide, was funded for their mission of providing treatment and re-entry support for justice-involved women with substance use disorder in NH.

Franconia Children’s Center, serving Grafton County, was funded to support their mission of providing quality childcare access in rural northern NH, critical to economic opportunity and stability for women and families.

Friends of Willard Street, serving Coös County, works to reduce food insecurity and increase access to basic necessities and was funded to support their Community Hygiene Access Initiative.

Keene Housing Kids Collaborative, serving Cheshire County, works to empower the social mobility of at-risk kids in subsidized housing and was funded to support equitable access to enrichment and out-of-school learning opportunities for girls.

Open Democracy, a statewide coalition working toward political equality, was funded to support non-partisan voter education and outreach to protect women’s access to the ballot in NH.

Organization for Immigrant and Refugee Success, serving Merrimack County, aids in resettlement of refugees and immigrants and was funded to support the Healthy Families program providing culturally specific services for New American domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.

Project S.T.O.R.Y. NH, serving Merrimack County, was funded to support Empower Dance, a culturally responsive and accessible dance education program for girls from refugee, immigrant, and New American communities in Concord.

Soul Models, serving Rockingham and Strafford Counties, was funded for their mission to empower girls to discover their authentic selves as they become mindful, confident, creative and engaged leaders.

The Friends of New Hampshire Drug Courts, serving people statewide, was funded to support Pathways to Prosperity, a program for women participants to achieve economic stability, recovery, safety, and long-term success.

Thrive Survivor Support Center, serving Merrimack County, was funded to support their mission to serve survivors of domestic and sexual violence and human trafficking and to promote prevention education.

Women of the Mountains Birth Initiative, serving people in Coös, Grafton and Carroll Counties, was funded for their mission to provide maternal health supports, information, resources, and community for women in rural, northern NH.

2026 Women and Girls of Color Fund

The Women and Girls of Color Fund aims to reverse the historic and persistent underinvestment in women and girls of color. The Fund provides low-barrier, faster turnaround grants to projects led by and serving women and girls of color in New Hampshire. We’re pleased to announce our 2026 grantees:

Victory Women of Vision, serving people in Hillsborough County, works to empower New American families through education, leadership, integration, and personal development and was funded for their Girl’s Empowerment Leadership Program.

2026 Reproductive and Sexual Healthcare Access FUND

We believe women and people who can become pregnant should have freedom to make reproductive and sexual health choices and access to the necessary health care to fulfill those choices, including birth control, abortion, pre- and post-natal care and gender-affirming health care. Our Reproductive and Sexual Healthcare Access Fund provides support for organizations and initiatives that advance reproductive justice. These organizations provide services and/or ensure continued access to reproductive and sexual healthcare for every Granite Stater.

We’re pleased to announce our 2026 grantees:

Black Lives Matter New Hampshire’s (BLM NH) advances the liberation and wellbeing of Black people; Black and Brown regardless of country of origin; in NH buy cultivating safety, belonging, and collective power through advocacy, education, organizing, and community-centered care, while holding systems accountable. BLM NH was funded for its Black Maternal Health Program addressing racial disparities in pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and access to culturally responsive support.

Equality Health Center was funded for their mission to provide compassionate, affirming care that empowers individuals to honor their physical autonomy while building community through inclusive education and advocacy for human rights.

Lovering Health Center, operating in Rockingham and Strafford Counties and statewide, was funded for their mission of providing confidential, comprehensive and accurate sexual and reproductive health information and services to all in a supportive environment. Lovering Health Center honors, respects, and advocates for the right of everyone to maintain freedom and choices regarding their own sexual and reproductive health.

Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, operating statewide, was funded for their mission to provide, promote, and protect access to reproductive health care and sexuality education so that all people can make voluntary choices about their reproductive and sexual health.

Reproductive Equity Now Foundation, operating statewide, was funded for their mission of advancing reproductive equity and justice and eliminating barriers to abortion care. The REN Foundation uses research and analysis to educate the public and, especially voters, and shine a light on barriers to access that must be removed to create true reproductive equity.

Live Free Autonomy Collective (formerly Reproductive Freedom Fund of New Hampshire), operating statewide, was funded for their mission to remove financial barriers for anyone receiving abortion care and gender-affirming care in or from New Hampshire through direct service funding and movement building, guided by patient need.
