The emphasis in these sessions will be on sharing what YOU have found to be helpful and discussing the issues and questions that you bring. And most importantly, network with others who are doing similar work to benefit women and girls in the Granite State.

Mission driven organizations are anchored by a commitment to who they serve. What are you seeing in your communities and how have you responded to the increased and evolving needs of women, girls, and gender expansive youth? We invite you to share your experiences and learning journey with other nonprofit leaders serving New Hampshire women and girls.
Balancing staff expertise with board engagement requires ongoing attention and intention. How have you set up structures and flexibility so that everyone involved has a voice? We invite you to share what is – or what is not – working with other nonprofit leaders serving New Hampshire women and girls. Bring a member of your volunteer leadership to this roundtable and join other EDs and Board Members for this conversation.
Nonprofit leaders and program staff have lots of experience partnering and collaborating, with varying amounts of success. What have you learned when things didn’t go well? What conditions were present when progress was achieved? We invite you to share your stories and questions with other nonprofit leaders serving New Hampshire women and girls.
There is no charge to attend and lunch is provided.
Who can attend: Staff from any nonprofit working with New Hampshire women and girls, with priority given to current and past grantees of the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation.
