Equal Pay Day — The Gender Wage Gap in 2024

Today, Tuesday, March 12 is Equal Pay Day, the day that symbolizes how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year.

In New Hampshire, women make 75 cents on every dollar a white man makes, meaning there is a 25% gender pay gap in the Granite State. Help us close the gap by donating $25 to the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation on Equal Pay Day.

All money raised for Equal Pay Day will go to grants for economic security and financial literacy programs for women and girls in New Hampshire. What better way to recognize Women’s History Month than to help close this historical gap!
