Tara Chynoweth (Secretary) is an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Consultant with Safe Causeway Consulting (SCC). She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Safety Environmental Protection from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2001. Prior to working with SCC, Tara worked for Hologic, Inc a medical device manufacturer with a focus on Women’s Health for 12 years in Londonderry, New Hampshire and Wheelabrator Technologies (a division of Waste Management) for 6 years in Maryland, Florida and New Hampshire.
Tara has served on the Conservation Commission of Manchester and on the Board of Girls Inc of New Hampshire. Currently on the Board of Directors for the International Institute of New England (IINE), The Chynoweth Family Fund, Impact NH Fund, and joined the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation Board in 2020. She is also an alumni of Leadership Greater Manchester class of 2014, Leadership New Hampshire 2015 and 40 Under Forty. Tara was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and currently holds three passports. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and running in her free time. Tara resides in Manchester with her husband Gray Chynoweth and their two sons Graham and Lincoln.
