Marianne Jones

Marianne Jones, a nonprofit leadership consultant in the Seattle area, has served as a nonprofit executive director for over 20 years for mission-based organizations in New Hampshire, Boston, and Seattle. From 2003-2014, Marianne led the Women’s Fund of NH through to the merger of the five organizations that established the NH Women’s Foundation in 2014.

Most recently she was the executive director of Hospitality Homes, Boston, which provides housing and patient services to families traveling to the Boston area for acute medical treatment. Marianne has been active in community-based organizations, a frequent presenter and panelist for professional associations, national nonprofits and philanthropy networks, as well as having served as Chair on several nonprofit Boards. A native of the East Coast, Marianne received her BA from Reed College in Portland, Oregon, and attended graduates studies at the University Freiburg,Germany, working at a center for special-needs adults in Switzerland, before embarking on a career in the nonprofit and foundation sectors.

Marianne recently moved to Seattle with her family, where she is an independent consultant.
