Pamela Laflamme

Pamela Laflamme is the Assistant City Manager/Director of Strategic Initiatives for the City of Berlin.  Pam has a long history of civic and charitable involvement ranging from the Androscoggin Food Coop board and her involvement with many community & advisory boards, to her current work as a founding board member of the Community Builders Hub, a new startup in the northern NH funded by the Neil & Louise Tillotson Fund.

Pam earned her degree in Community and Regional Planning from Plymouth State University.  She was the recipient of a Fannie Mae Foundation Fellowship to attend the Kennedy School of Government for their senior executive program focused on state and local government officials.  Pam has been recognized by NH Public Radio & the NH Charitable Foundation with the Next Generation Civic Leadership Award.

Pam lives with her family in Milan, NH.
