CLP works to increase educational access, attainment, and opportunity for all. Our grant supports youth housing for homeless teens in Claremont, especially those aging out of the foster care system.
Connor’s Climb Foundation
Connor’s Climb provides suicide prevention education to New Hampshire youth and communities. Our grant provides suicide prevention training to 60 leaders and staff affiliated with organizations serving women and girls in NH.
Front Door Agency
The Front Door supports individuals and families as they transition from crisis to self-sufficiency. Our grant supports 80 women and children in their Transformational Housing Program.
Hospice Help Foundation
Hospice Help Foundation provides financial assistance to hospice patients with dire financial need. Our grant makes it possible for 12 women and girls in hospice to afford critical items not covered by insurance during their final days.
International Institute of New England (IINE)
IINE create opportunities for refugees and immigrants to succeed. Our grant supports a Refugee Group for Rohingya and Congolese Women.
Lakes Region Community Developers (LRCD)
LRCD develops healthy homes, creates vibrant community assets, and engages residents. Our grant supports Compass House, a residential treatment facility for women coming out of substance abuse disorder.
Nashua Police Athletic League (PAL)
Nashua PAL creates positive attitudes between the children of Nashua and the Police Department. Our grant supports their Fall Fest, organized by 8 – 10 female teen leaders.
New Hampshire Humanities
NH Humanities inspires a passion for learning and engagement in civic life. Our grant supports a “book club” at the NH Women’s Prison, engaging incarcerated women and their children.
Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE)
PPNNE provides, promotes and protect access to reproductive health. Our grant supports a NH Peer Education Program in Manchester with young people taking a leading role in delivering sexual health information to their peers.

Soul Models empowers middle school girls to discover their authentic selves. Our grant supports their work to build mindful, confident, creative and engaged leaders.
Starting Point New Hampshire (SPNH)
SPNH is the only homeless shelter in Northern NH and one of 12 Domestic Violence shelters in the state. Our grant supports their “GIRLS” program, a counseling and mentoring program for middle and high school girls.

The Circle Program provides disadvantaged New Hampshire girls with new opportunities. Our grant supports the organization and the 90 girls they serve through a time of transition.

TLC Family Resource Center promotes the optimal health and development of children, youth and families. Our grant supports a program designed to help students and teachers respond to the efforts of toxic experiences in education.
Turning Points Network
TPN enhances the safety and well-being of victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Our grant supports a comprehensive violence prevention program for youth in pre-school through 12th grade.
