New Hampshire is first state in the nation to have all-woman delegation and governor

New Hampshire makes history for women

This Election Day, New Hampshire became first state with an all-woman delegation and a woman governor. Senators Jeanne Shaheen and Kelly Ayotte were joined by U.S. Representative-elects Annie Kuster and Carol Shea-Porter last night to become the nation’s first ever all-female delegation. Maggie Hassan becomes the nation’s only female Democrat governor.
