New Hampshire makes history for women

This Election Day, New Hampshire became first state with an all-woman delegation and a woman governor.

Senators Jeanne Shaheen and Kelly Ayotte were joined by U.S. Representative-elects Annie Kuster and Carol Shea-Porter last night to become the nation’s first ever all-female delegation.

Maggie Hassan becomes the nation’s only female Democrat governor.

I couldn’t be more proud of who represents us in NH; strong, competent, capable women.

Congratulations to our entire delegation. And to all of you (us) who worked on campaigns. Busy women are always able to extend their energy when the outcome counts as much as this election did!
